Day 2: Ice, elevate, slat bath, peppermint tea, Emergen-C, walked a couple of miles, turmeric, and 6 hours of sleep
Day 3: Ice, elevate, peppermint tea, Emergen-C, stretch, recovery boots, turmeric, 4.5 hours of sleep
Day 4: Ice, elevate, peppermint tea, Emergen-C, turmeric, warm foot massager, recovery boots
Day 5: Ice, elevate, peppermint tea, walked around at Habanero 100, Emergenc-C, turmeric, stretched, ice cream!, 7 hours of sleep
Day 6: Cryotherapy, boots, oxygen therapy, Emergen-C, peppermint tea, hot foot massager, inversion table, stretching, 8 hours of sleep
Day 7 (8/21/17): Stretched, elevated, ice, turmeric, Emergen-C, peppermint tea, hot foot massager, 7 hours of sleep
Day 8: Stretched, exercises with band, peppermint tea, and ran 20 minutes @ 8 min. mile pace, 6 hours of sleep
